Registration fees

The Congress dinner on Thursday, 25 September, is not included in the fee. Further information will be available soon. If you wish to attend, please indicate it during your registration and add € 30 to the registration fee when processing your payment.

NB: Your registratoin fee depends on the effective date of payment, not when you register; please take this into consideration, especially if your administration is handling the payment through a lengthy bureaucratic procedure.

Note 1.
To benefit from the "Junior" registration fee, participants must fall in one of the following categories:

1. undergraduate students (studenti di laurea)
2. Ph.D. students (dottorandi)
3. trainees (tirocinanti gratuiti)
4. fellows (borsisti, assegnisti di ricerca).

No other categories can benefit from a Junior registration fee. If you do not fall in one of the listed categories, please do not enquire about the possibility of paying the reduced fee: you must register as a Regular participant.

To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during registration procedure)

Participants who wish to register on site and benefit from a Junior registration fee must present a paper copy of a letter of verification by their supervsor; in this letter, it must be clearly indicated a) that the participant falls in one of the listed categories, and b) that he/she is not eligible for any local funding.

Note 2.
Online registrations are closed after 13 August 2014. After this date, only on-site registrations are possible, at the increased prices indicated.

Note 3.
Please note that only cash payments are accepted on site.

Guidelines for Abstracts

Abstracts are accepted exclusively during online registration or, after registration, through your personal myFISV2014 page (you will need to register to have access to the latter).

Only one abstract per participant is allowed. The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author only. The abstract text must be no longer than 1200 characters, spaces included (which is roughly equivalent to 200-250 words).

The abstract submission deadline is 1 July 2014. The Scientific Committee will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Participants will be notified of the abstract selections on 25 July 2014.

Submitted abstracts will be discarded if the corresponding registration payments are not received within 7 July 2014.
